Heart beating fast

Question:
In recent months I always feel my heart beating fast (average 90-100) all day. Sometimes I am short of breath after walking a flight of stairs. I have lost a few pounds but my appetite is ok. I have done a 24-hr holter and no significant findings. I don't know what have gone wrong with my body. I am 35 yrs old. Can you please advise?

For a female at your age, I would investigate hyperthyroidism as a cause. There are natural medicines for such problems as conventional treatments would be toxic drugs, surgery and radiotherapy with radioactive iodine.
