狹窄性腱鞘炎，俗稱"彈響指"或"扳機指"，是一種手指屈肌腱鞘發炎或增厚，導致肌腱滑動受阻的疾病。患者的手指會卡在彎曲狀態，突然伸直時伴隨彈響感（類似扣下板機的動作）°
